A class for those looking to redirect, return to, or begin their spiritual and wellness journey including connection, meditation, innerchild/ shadow, breath work and Intuition.
Psychic Readings
I use tools such as cards or my pendulum for clarity; however, most of my readings are done using my Clairsentient (clear feeling) and Claircognizant(clear knowing) abilities.

Hypnotherapy

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic healing practice using “universal life energy” that involves channeling that same energy via the practitioner’s hands. A trained, attuned reiki healer will produce a higher healing frequency(7-10Hz) than a non-practioner. These higher frequencies are associated with healing. Relaxation, joy, decreased feelings of stress, fear, and anxiety as well as improved physical conditions are common observations made from clients after a reiki session.
